Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Monthly renewal

All plans renew monthly until cancelled. The monthly price shown for each plan is the exact recurring amount charged each month.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals — no further monthly charges are made after cancellation.

Access after cancellation

Access to the service normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Your subscription remains active for that period unless otherwise specified.

What is not included

• Advertising spend is not included in any plan.
• Large-scale production and separately quoted work are not included.

Refunds

Refunds are handled via Stripe. For refund questions, email cinderlinecreativemedia@gmail.com.

Payment methods

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
